About Premium Cleaning
My carpet cleaning experience started when I was 15 years old working with my dad. My dad was the owner-operator of Top Notch Carpet Cleaning in Calgary for 30+ years. Everything I know about this business, I learned from my dad. Especially the customer service aspect of being a business owner.
Being honest and relatable with clients is what I pride myself most on. I believe this is an important impression that people will remember most, along with a satisfactory cleaning of their home.
After graduating from Sait in 2019 with a finance degree I worked around a few different industries. I never had a passion or enjoyed the work I was doing, so I decided to start my own carpet cleaning business after my dad in 2022. This was the best decision I made for myself as now I can take pride in my work, be my own boss and live my life how I choose under my own rules and guidelines.
To make myself and my business stand out from others I’ve made it my mission and top priority to treat every client with respect, honesty and to always give my top efforts at every job. I only book a max of 2 jobs per day so I never have to rush or cut corners. I treat every home as my own and believe me when I say “I want your carpets to come out as clean and fresh as you do”.

How long does a typical clean take?
Typical cleans take roughly 2-3 hours
How long until carpets are dry?
Carpets typically dry in 7-8 hours.
Dependant on: type of carpet, weather, humidity & airflow in the home.
Running fans or opening windows will decrease the drying time
Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?
Yes, please move as much off the carpet as possible so I can clean more square footage.
Any larger or heavy furniture can remain in place if it is too much of a hassle to move. If the furniture has been in the same position for a longer period of time, the carpet should not be dirty underneath.
Please do not block access to the washroom or bathtub as that’s typically my source of water to put into my machine.
Do I need to move furniture before you arrive?
We handle light furniture moving as part of the job. For large or heavy pieces, it helps if you can clear those ahead of time — we'll let you know when you book.
Do you offer any guarantees?
Unfortunately there is never a 100% guarantee with removing stains.
If carpets are cleaned yearly as required by all carpet manufacturer warranties, vacuumed frequently and overall maintained well, then stains have better odds of being extracted.
If carpets haven’t been professionally cleaned in years and are not maintained well, stains have a higher possibility of being permanent.
I use the most effective chemicals that I know of on the market that are still non-toxic and safe for pets & children.
There may be other chemicals that are used by other companies that may be more effective but I cannot guarantee the chemicals are 100% safe for in-home use.
What I can guarantee is i always do my best to remove all stains and unwanted debris in carpets.
